The Gregory Ejector
Precision, Speed, and Reliability in Every Stroke

The Gregory Ejector is a high-performance, positive-action ejector engineered for today’s most demanding stamping environments. Designed to work seamlessly with any modern stamping press, it efficiently carries punched-out blanks to the top of the stroke for smooth, vibration-free discharge — even at speeds up to 650 strokes per minute, among the fastest achievable by current stamping technology.

Versatile by Design

Originally built for single and double-die presses, the Gregory Ejector now supports configurations up to five-die layouts, providing flexibility for both legacy and high-capacity production setups. Its adaptable design allows installation on virtually any stamping press with minimal modification — typically requiring only a few tapped holes in the press frame and slide.

In rare cases where the punch is shorter than the stroke, a simple slot milled into the punch holder plate ensures perfect alignment and function.

Engineered for Any Material

Whether working with ferrous or non-ferrous metals, the Gregory Ejector delivers consistent performance across a full spectrum of material types and gauges. It adjusts easily for blank sizes from 12¼" down to ⅝" in diameter and operates reliably even with press strokes as short as 1¼", making it one of the most versatile ejectors in its class.

Built to Last

Every component of the Gregory Ejector is designed for long-term, trouble-free service. Key wear points are crafted from hardened steel — including cams, cam rollers, piston wear plates, and ball seats — while other components are made of high-tensile aluminum to reduce weight without sacrificing strength.

The result is a balanced combination of durability, efficiency, and precision that reduces maintenance costs and extends uptime on the production line.

Low Maintenance, High Performance

With only three lubrication points and a once-a-day grease or oil service, the Gregory Ejector keeps maintenance simple and predictable. The only change parts required for different blank diameters are the ejector fingers, ensuring quick adjustments and minimal downtime between runs.

The Gregory Ejector continues to set the standard for precision ejection systems — combining proven mechanical reliability with modern efficiency to help manufacturers achieve higher throughput, tighter tolerances, and lower operating costs.
